Kay Lang, from Bembridge, gave 25 years of her life to volunteering at Earl Mountbatten Hospice. She left her volunteering role in 2014 at the age of ninety.

Kay undertook various volunteering roles at the Hospice but for the final seven years she was an active member of the chaplaincy team.
